We have an exceptionally good restaurant, featuring genuine "Kashmiri Wazwan" cuisine, as well as our original, unique menu which has become very popular over the years. The restaurant is open to everyone, not only our in-house guests. We arrange all kinds of activities/outings to insure our guests enjoy a memorable time in Goa and we have the best wi-fi anywhere on this coastline. Do drop by for some great food & fun, or come stay awhile, in this comfy, cozy little haven.
Our rooms are all very clean, spacious & airy with a comforting attention to detail, such as bedside lamps for reading, extra pillows, proper electrical outlets, ceiling fans, lockable storage cabinet,
The décor is simple & minimalist, with an accent on cozy efficiency. Some are ideal for single guests, perfect for couples and then our family rooms for groups of 4. There is cable TV and lots of solar-heated hot water for all day/night showering. Our motto is to please, so simply ask and we arrange anything within our capability.
Our housekeeping staff will never enter without being asked. We practice eco-friendly water-saving practices and implement proper waste recycling/disposal.
Our security is top-notch and there's always someone on duty, 24/7.

HOW TO GET THERE
Goa is connected several times a day by air from Bombay, Delhi, Hyderabad, Calcutta, Bangalore, Madras, Cochin, Calicut. Internationally you can fly on scheduled airlines from Dubai, Kuwait, Doha (many people now take Qatar Airways via Doha, avoiding Mumbai etc). During the season, there are several weekly flights from the UK, Switzerland, Holland, Russia and Scandinavia.
By Airport : Taxi are available outside the arrivals terminal at Airport. Obviously the best means of transport from the Airport or Station is by car. If you let us know in advance of your plans we will have you picked up.
By Road : You can also come by road, though I would not recommend that (17 hours by bus from Bombay to Goa).
An exclusive boutique home-stay, located fifteen minutes from the bustling beaches of North Goa. Baga beach and the busy Baga-Calangute tourist stretch is a 15 minute drive away. The relatively untouched beaches of Morjim-Arambol are half and hour away. Panjim and the Latin Quarter are approximately 25 mins drive and Old Goa 40 mins. The airport is about an hour away and Tivim Station 25 mins. The beaches of South Goa are an hour and a half away. We are basically a bed and breakfast but there are many excellent restaurants close by. While we can always arrange a taxi to ferry you about, hiring a car or a two wheeler for the duration of your stay might be a good idea.
